TO EXPAND THE NETWORKS OF COMMUNITY CINEMA, HEK BECOMES A PRODUCTION HOUSE THAT PARTNERS WITH LOCAL TEAMS WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE TRAINING LAB TO CREATE THEIR OWN PROJECTS OR PRODUCTIONS FOR THIRD PARTIES. THIS IS A WAY TO EXPLORE ALTERNATIVE MODELS FOR COMMUNITY CINEMA THROUGH CONTENT AIMED AT MASS AUDIENCES, YET ALWAYS PRIORITIZING HEK'S METHODOLOGY AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH.

A seven-episode documentary series about the cultural struggles and resistances facing the Colombian armed conflict, directed by community producers who participated in the audiovisual training laboratory Historias en Kilómetros.

Each episode showcases how the cultural expressions of each community (crafts, music, cuisine, poetry, theater, graffiti) become acts of resistance to the impact of the armed conflict, while also documenting findings and recommendations from the Truth Commission.

A three-episode documentary series, directed by a group of women filmmakers, about the Gender Working Team of the Truth Commission. Each episode is directed by a female leader from the most violence-affected areas in the country, who graduated from the Historias en Kilómetros training lab.
